Make a Difference
Outside the Borders: breaking down barriers for women survivorsOutside The Borders was founded to address the unique challenges faced by Hispanic and Latino survivors of domestic violence. We understand that these survivors often face language barriers, cultural stigma and immigration concerns, which prevent them from accessing traditional support systems. Our organization is dedicated to providing a safe and culturally sensitive environment where survivors can find the help they need.
We offer online counseling, educational workshops and community resources tailored to the needs of our participants. Our services are designed to empower survivors, helping them rebuild their lives and regain their independence. With locations in New Kensington, Pennsylvania and Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, we are committed to supporting survivors both in the the United States and in Puerto Rico. |
